Service and maintenance of equipment
everQuench vending machines undergo a regular maintenance program . Performance indicators are monitored both through our extensive sales reporting capability and by regular physical machine audits. By utilising a frequent call cycle we ensure that the machine is functioning at an optimum level. With our web‐based Q‐Link Program, everQuench Head Office will also continually monitor and analyse sales patterns in order to improve our service to organisation.
On Delivery of Machine
To minimise risks everQuench use professional delivery contractors. This reduces risks by: Using trucks with lift loading mechanism (tail gate lift) Using suitable Personal Protection Equipment (ie: high visibility clothes etc) Using appropriate equipment to move the machine (ie: trolley, battery operated stair climber etc) Delivery personnel completing required site induction for OH&S (if applicable) prior to moving machine on site
On Installation
When delivered to the correct position on site we minimise risks to all persons using the vending machine by: Ensuring that the machine is stable and secure by adjusting leg heights accordingly ensuring that the machine is plugged into an appropriate power source and leads are secured Completing a thorough test and tag on all equipment.
Continuous Service
Throughout the service period the machine will be continually monitored for any hazards that may be present. It is everQuench’s guarantee that if there are any service problems we will attend to them in less than 4 hours, however if the problem is a safety issue, we will be on site within 2 hours. everQuench national operators all carry Public & Product Liability Insurance.
